Landlords Information
We offer various packages from basic Lettings to full Property Management. Tenants Information : You should be aware that Private Landlords request that all relevant information should be disclosed at the date and time of enquiry. References will be required and a credit check may be made to verify all the data given by you is accurate. If you have selected a suitable Rental Property, then a written application should completed as soon as possible. If your application is successful, the Landlord will require security deposit and advance payment (usually one month rental).

If you intend to Rent, then you should be shown an Energy Performance Certificate (example above) which states the rating for the property. The report issued with the Certificate details how to improve the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of your home.
