Prior to negotiations, we supply Drafts of our Terms of Business and Selling Rights Agreements - for inspection by prospective clients and their legal representatives only.

Property Inspection Report. Extensive ten page report and checklist is prepared to compliment Home Buyers or Full Structural Survey - as recommended by Building Societies - with current market valuation researched and calculated by Professionals.

Digital or Film Photography. Our vast array of Professional Photographic equipment is suitable for all assignments. We contract Professional Photographers to cover all areas of Northern Ireland and use Aerial Photographic Services, which is ideal for Agricultural, Commercial or Residential Developments.

Full Colour Four Page Brochure. Following preparation of accurate, up-to-date property particulars, brochures featuring 12 photos are printed on high quality material and presented in luxury folder. Registered clients can download PDF version. We also design bespoke brochures exclusively for highest quality presentation of clients' luxury developments, dwellings and character properties.

Professional Fees
. Estate Agents usually charge 1% to 1.25% on sale of all Commercial or Residential properties. However, our fees (equivalent to ONLY 0.5% to 1% commission) are actually scaled according to the current market value of your property and is also dependent on the level of agreed marketing ... that's the fair way to do it.
